Antistatically-treated polyester backlit film for UV-curable inks. The film can be printed on the matt, transluscent-white coating to get the maximum print quality and ink adhesion. It can also be printed on the glossy side with good results! The matt coating is optimized for best ink adhesion, contrast and the slight gloss level of the coating is adopted to the gloss level of UV-curable inks to reduce gloss differences! The special surface and the opacity are optimized to get the best possible contrast for backlit prints with UV-curable inks and allows high durability for all longterm indoor and outdoor applications

ink compatibilities:

Latex Ink: infra red curing ink, e.g. Latex ink as used in the HP DJ L65500, which adheres of most flat and clean surfaces. Process needs heat resistant media, which does not shrink during the print cycle.
UV Curable Ink: special UV curable ink which is suitable on most surfaces.


Quick dry: The special coating effects that ink will be absorbed in a fraction of a second therefore applications can follow directly after printing.
Waterresistency/Waterfastness: this product printed with pigmented based inks can be used for short-term outdoor applications without any laminate film (see referring data sheet and recommendations of use). That means this product withstands rain and other outdoor influences, but water droplets can cause slight differences in color density within colored areas.
Tear-resistant: This media is tear-resistant due to its base media.

Keep the product in the original packaging (cardboard box and PE bag)
It is always recommended that cotton gloves be used when handling InkJet coated materials to avoid fingerprints
The converting and storage should take place in a climate from 35 to 65% to relative humidity at a temperature from 10° to 25°C
